Integrity Home Inspection, LLC is owned and operated by Brian Christopherson. Brian is native to Colorado and has lived in Montrose for 20 years. He has 2 children, Jessica (13) and Jeremiah (7).
Brian has an extensive background in inspections and safety related occupations. He spent much of his early years working with cranes in the construction industry including repair, maintenance and safety inspections.
Brian also spent 7 years with the Colorado State Patrol as a Trooper. Much of his training and qualifications involved commercial motor vehicle inspections in which he embraced and excelled at. Brian finished his career with the State Patrol as a Level 1 CMV inspector which included the detailed, mechanical portions of commercial vehicle inspections. He also was a Level II accident investigator and conducted around 60 to 75 accident investigations each year while working as a Trooper.
Brian has taken his inspection background and combined it with training through InterNACHI to provide thorough home inspection services to Montrose and surrounding areas. He prides himself in attention to detail, friendly customer interaction and honest business practices.
